All treatments are subject to assessment by the Therapist and will depend on your suitability for the treatment.
Our Therapists reserve the right to refuse treatment to any patient for any reason
All patients must be 18 years or older. In some cases you may be able to have treatment if you are under the age of 18 if there is clear indication that treatment will improve your well being. In this case a parent/ guardian consent form should be filled.
All offers, gifts and discounts are subject to clinic availability as well as assessment by the practitioner.
Our Therapists might suggest to photograph you pre and post treatment for your clinical record. These images are kept private and are for record keeping purposes only, in line with legislation.
Our Therapists may request to share the before and after images through our media channels. If this happens, you will always be asked for consent prior. A Media Release consent form will be given to you in clinic, which will detail the full agreement. You can decline this if you wish to.
All treatments must be paid in full prior to starting or immediately after your treatment. Please note that in the event of late payment, we reserve the right to add an administrative charge to the value of the debt or recover third part debt recovery fees from the Customer, we can add such amounts onto the value of the money owed.
We have a no refund policy on all treatments and products.
Cancellations:
We require 48 hours’ notice to change or cancel an appointment to avoid your deposit or session being forfeited. Any bookings made within 48 hours of the appointment date and time are subject to the same terms as described above.
Deposits or sessions are fully refundable where a cancellation takes place more than 48 hours prior to the appointment time.
Late Shows:
If you are late for an appointment, the appointment must still finish on time and we may have to cut your treatment time. This is because we aim to ensure that our services run smoothly.
Refunds:
Refunds are only made when a medical condition prevents a session or course from being completed and at the discretion of the clinic. A medical note will need to be presented. Refunds on courses that have already commenced will be calculated based on individual treatment prices and will lose the benefit of the discounted course price. An admin fee of £60 will be deducted from the refund amount. All requests for refunds must be made in writing to clinic@Optimove.com.
Policy on Children:
We regret that we are unable to allow children to remain unaccompanied in the reception area. Our Front of House staff are neither trained nor insured to look after children, and we respectfully ask our clients to refrain from asking our receptionist to watch their children during treatments.
For safety reasons, children are not allowed in the treatment rooms at any time.
Policy on Pets:
We regret that we are unable to allow pets in the clinic for hygiene reasons.

Promotional Offers and Gift Vouchers:
All offers are limited to one offer per person and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or product purchases.
Gift Vouchers and non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash and will state how long they are valid for. Limited to one voucher per person. Gift Vouchers cannot be used for product purchases, or in conjunction with any other offers. Please bring your gift voucher with you to your appointment.

Complaints Policy:
We take all our complaints seriously. Complaints should be made by e-mail to the manager of Optimove clinic at clinic@optimove.com. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 48 hours.
Changes to Legal Notice:
We reserve the right, in sole discretion, to change the Terms and Conditions at any time by posting the changes on the Site. We may with or without prior notice, terminate any of the rights granted by these Terms and Conditions. You shall comply immediately with any termination or other notice, including, as applicable, by ceasing all use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions will create an agency, partnership, or other form of joint enterprise between us.
